Here's Ed Collins, District Manager, working out of his home unit, Eastern University. Ed has been with Sodexho for close to 30 years, and is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in New York City. 610-341-5818
This is Mike Kenis, Director of Operations. Before joining Sodexho, Mike owned and ran his own restaurant in Philadelphia. Five years ago Mike came to Eastern University and focuses much of his time handling specific dietary requests from Eastern University students. 610-225-5052
This is Garrett O'Neill, Marketing & Safety Director. Garrett has been with Sodexho for about ten years, and he works with several colleges and universities, coordinating marketing and food safety efforts. 610-225-5053
This is Scott Lofland, Catering Manager. An Eastern University Alumni, Scott manages our Catering Department. Scott is also the District Financial Controller. 610-341-5820
This is David DiGreggorio, Retail Manager. Dave operates and manages all three retail locations on campus. Dave is a recent graduate from Penn State with a degree in Restaurant Management. 610-225-5051
This is Leonard Carr, House Supervisor. Commonly called, Doc his attention to the Dining Room is first rate, and he can be seen all over the DC serving with a smile. 610-225-5051
This is Steve Jacke, Retail Supervisor and Eastern University Alumni. Steve's creativity and imagination keep the ball rolling in the Breezeway and Jammin Java. 610-225-5051
This is Tony Jenkins, Production Supervisor. Tony is a recent addition to our supervisor team, and he has worked in foodservices for close to 20 years now.
This is Brian Hinkle, Breezeway Supervisor. Brian is famous for his amazing grilling ability, and he is the supervisor at the Breezeway Grill during lunch hours.
This is Nina, Breezeway cook. A recent graduate of Eastern University, Nina joined our team after three years as a Student Manager at Eastern University.
This is Raymond, Dining Commons Chef. Raymond specializes in cooking for the Classics line, and he occasionally works the Grill and International as well.
This is Linda, Dining Commons employee. Students often see her restocking the desserts or salad bar, Linda has been with our team for 5 years.
Here is Nick & Mikey, two guys that know just about everyone on campus. When they get done making new friends, they find the time to wash a dish or two also.
